The Camden Plantation Master Plan includes a 22.4 acre apartment parcel, which is envisioned to be developed in
multiple stages, while sharing common amenities.
The apartments will be designed to be compatible with the other housing products, thus maintaining a
consistent theme. Camden Plantation apartments will reflect the architectural character of the coastal
Carolina region to create a uniquely “Camden Style” community aesthetic that contributes to the integrated design
approach of the entire community.
